The story begins with the celebration of the year of the Dragon in Chinatown, New York, with firecrackers one after another and a series of gang killings unveiled at the same time. The new Chinese gang leader, Zuer, was ambitious and saw that the drug market was profitable, so he decided to root out all the people who threatened him, and waged war against Italian gangs, ravaging New York Street, determined to be the only big winner. Gan Tanwei, a young female reporter of the same age, vowed to uproot the gangs and maintain public order.
