The film tells the story of three 30-year-old men who grew up under "loose education" such as weekends and homework reduction, and are known as the "loose first generation". General Okada acts as an ordinary office worker, Matsuzaka Tao Li as a primary school teacher, and Liu Le Youmi as a ronin who lost 11 battles in the university entrance examination.
