The story takes place in the United States in the 1930s. With the vigorous development of economy and culture, a man named Xili (Woody Allen Woody Allen) appears in front of people. This magical Jew was found in a wide variety of social circles, of different classes, and even of different races, and every time he entered a new environment, he quickly reflected the characteristics of the environment, sometimes psychological assimilation, sometimes physical variation. Psychiatrists at Manhattan Hospital took a strong interest in this weird patient, as did the general public. They affectionately called Xili a "chameleon", and a large number of cultures and goods with his theme emerged. Xili became the hottest superstar of our time. However, the only person who really cares about Xili as a patient is Dr. Eudora (Mya Farrow Mia Farrow), who is young and persistent in her efforts to cure his illness.
