"Black Summer" revolves around the survivors of the disaster, who fight fiercely with zombies and even confront each other in order to reach a military evacuation point. Jamie King plays a mother separated from her daughter, who embarks on a painful journey to get her daughter back at all costs. Traveling with a small group of American refugees, she must face up to a hostile new world and make brutal decisions in the deadly zombie apocalypse that took place in the summer. Carl Schaefer and John Haimes serve as creators, producers and co-show directors.
