Syfy used to book the 13-episode new series "Blood Drive," which found Alan Ritchson to play the leading role, while John Hlavin was the producer, David Straiton was the director and James Roland was the screenwriter. The story will revolve around the last (former) good policeman Arthur Bailey (Alan Ritchson) in Los Angeles, near the end of the world. The play tells the story of him joining a private security company with a heartless companion. Arthur himself regrets the violence encouraged by his peers and hopes to help this dry, earthquake-ravaged, dystopian place. But when conducting an investigation, he was forced to join a brutal transnational death race "Blood Drive".
