Good Girls, developed by NBC, tells the story of three suburban married women who claim to be good girls and decide to jump out of safety and take control of their lives. Christina Hendricks, who plays Beth as the leader of Girls, is weary enough to understand that she has suffered a lot in her life-her husband D ean is having an affair. Depressed, angry and tired of life, she decided not to be good, and then ran with her friend Ruby and sister Annie to rob a supermarket. Although she was full of guilt and fear after the robbery, she also found a new and powerful side of herself. Mae Whitman plays Beth's sister Annie, a single mother who is afraid of losing custody of her son, so she agrees to rob in order to use the money to hire a good lawyer and Retta to play Beth friend Ruby.
