One of Gueridge's masterpieces, "Snatch", will be remade into a TV series, starring "Ron" Rupert Grint. The film is about a group of criminals with different painting styles fighting for a diamond, starring Brad Pitt, Benicio Del Toro, Jason Statham and so on. The TV version of the story is similar, about a group of amateur swindlers in their 20s stealing gold nuggets. Rupert Grint will play the leading actor Charlie Cavendish, a "energetic, chaotic and very fashionable" guy, as well as Gossip Girl's "Chuck" Ed Westwick and Dougray Scott (fear of the Walking Dead). The 10-hour version will be filmed in Manchester, England next week.
