After years of hopeless internships, working as a blogger in pajamas and communicating mainly through words, Ryan finally found a way to change the bleak and shining light and began to stumble into adulthood. The maverick comedy is adapted from the semi-autobiography of Ryan O'Connor, the creator and star of the series, I am Special: and other lies we tell ourselves (Im Special: And Other Lies We Tell Ourselves). O'Connor will co-produce with Jim Parsons.
