Davis,Teryl Rothery and Corin Nemec, etc. The first season has been broadcast in the United States since 1997 and has been broadcast in more than 30 countries around the world. The response has been overwhelming. This year (2008) has entered the tenth season. Stargate is an ancient and advanced alien technology that uses wormholes (Wormhole) that distort time and space to transport matter through the universe in an instant. The Stargate project, code-named sector 52, is commanded by Major General George Harmon and reports directly to the president. Located under the North American Air Defense Command on Mount Cheyenne, Colorado, and 28 stories underground, the base was built during the Cold War to prevent nuclear war.
