The film's style is said to be similar to "Insider" and "The Fugitive", with Bosman playing a disgraced New York Police Department detective who gets a chance to atone for being involved in a city-wide hunt for a police killer-he discovers a huge conspiracy: his police colleagues may be linked to a criminal empire. He had to decide who to chase and who was actually chasing him. During this operation, Manhattan was locked down for the first time in history, and all 17 bridges on the island connected with the outside world were prohibited from entering and exiting.
