In 1999, the second outbreak in Chechnya, no matter what the purpose, but where the war arrived, lives were devastated, miserable and desolate. The elderly Russian woman Alexana (Galina Vishnevskaya Galina Vishnievskaya) embarks on her journey alone, visiting her grandson Dennis (Vasily Shevtsov) from her hometown to a barracks in Chechnya that she has not seen for seven years. Dennis has now been promoted to be an army officer, and his grandparents and grandchildren are deeply in love with each other, but he can't avoid the gap between years and ideas. Alexana walked out of the barracks alone, looking at it, full of dilapidation and desolation. The film won the Best performance Award (Galina Vishnevskaya) at the 2008 Fajr Film Festival.
