The film is adapted from Mayiko Seo's novel of the same name and tells the story of two colleagues who have diseases and troubles that are incomprehensible to ordinary people help each other through their respective traumas. Misha Fujisawa, who suffers from premenstrual syndrome, burst into anger because of something done by Takatoshi Yamada, who had just transferred to work. Misha, who fell into self-loathing, realized that Xiaojun actually suffered from panic attacks. Gradually, in order to gain the understanding of other colleagues, the two became a gay relationship that was neither friends nor lovers. Even if their symptoms did not improve, they would think about whether they could help each other.
