The film depicts Glover Donahue, a big gambler, who accidentally discovers the murder of a baker while eating and investigates with his men to confirm that it has something to do with nightclub owner Jordan Fu. But Joe was assassinated again soon, raising five fingers before he died as a hint. Glover followed the line to the large warehouse on this side of the dock and finally found the Nazi spy base. Glover joined the gangsters in declaring war on the spy leader Hall Ebin, sabotaging their plan to blow up New York Harbor.
