The Asia-Pacific Film Awards jury Award, Oleg is almost 30 years old, is a health care worker, after every heavy shift, he likes to drink. His wife, Katya, is also a doctor and works in a hospital emergency room, but her patience with Oleg is running out, so one day she announced that she was going to divorce, but they had to live together in this small apartment until Oleg found a house. He also found that his work had changed a lot, making his life more difficult. Director Boris Klebnikov, one of the most interesting directors in the contemporary Russian film industry, has proved his ability in this film that faithfully shows the specific environment. Although he used some exaggeration, he showed kindness and understanding in describing the predicament and emotion of the protagonist. The film uses precise directing techniques to outline a relationship that is experiencing "arrhythmia", just as the patient Oleg rescued in the ambulance experienced.
