The film tells the story of a newly recruited police officer who rebelled against the Indian caste system. The title refers to Article 15 of the Indian Constitution: no one shall be discriminated against on the basis of caste, religion or place of birth. On his first day as a police officer, Ah Yang witnessed the crime of a lowly village in India. The victims were three underage girls. He must make a choice, either to follow the traditional caste system, or to listen to the call of his inner instinct and fight for justice.
