The glamorous and jewelled young woman Elsie (Betty Amann Betty Amman) is actually a jewelry thief. She uses her appearance to confuse the attention of the jewelry store owner and then waits for a chance to steal. But in one operation, she was caught by the jewelry store owner, just as the resolute patrol policeman Elbert (Gustav Fr ö hlich) conducted a serious investigation. Elsie did everything she could to seduce the policeman in front of her, and finally Albert fell in love with her. This also became the beginning of their love tragedy.
