Babenco: Alguém Tem que Ouvir o Coração e Dizer Parou 7.3

"I've been through my death, and now all that's left is to make a documentary about it." When Hector Barbank realized he didn't have much time left, he told Barbara pass. She accepted the challenge and fulfilled the last wish of her deceased partner: to be the protagonist of her own death. The work gently sneaks into the life of Babank, one of South America's greatest filmmakers, who consciously exposes his soul in a mixture of intimacy and illness. In the standoff between an active mind and a weak body, he expressed fear and anxiety, as well as memories, reflections and whims about the iconic moments of his career. From cancer at the age of 38 to his death at the age of 70, Barbank used imaging as his medicine and nutrition to support his survival. "Barbank: tell me when I die" is Barbara pass's first feature-length documentary and, to some extent, Hector's last: an image of an image that is immortal.
