The city of Gotham ushered in the new year's Halloween in the dark. Just on such a quiet night, the Silver Voice Banshee (Kari Wuhrer) rescued Solomon Grandi, causing chaos in the busy streets of downtown, and righteous warriors such as Batman (Roger Craig Smith) and Green Arrow (Chris Diamantopoulos) appeared at a time of crisis to temporarily defuse the crisis. After that, the scarecrow and the clay noodle appear one after another with the first two villains, and their behind-the-scenes command is the scheming, evil and cunning clown (played by Troy Baker). At the moment, the clown is plotting an evil plot to spread a computer virus that can make people laugh in Gotham, enough to plunge the city into unprecedented chaos. Batman, Green Arrow and Biogenesis (voiced by Khary Payton), Night Wing (voiced by Will Friedle) and Red Robin (voiced by Yuri Lowenthal).
