The story develops immediately after the previous episode. The puppies Beethoven and Lucy finally get together and live a happy life. Lucy also gave birth to four cute puppies for Beethoven, and the family is happy. However, these four puppies have caused the children to fall into trouble. If my father knows that there are these four little guys in the house all of a sudden, it will not have to turn the sky upside down. Although he was scolded by his father, the kind Mr. Bruno (Kevin Dunn) still took in Beethoven and Lucy's children, and the family went to a quiet village for a leisurely vacation. What they didn't know, however, was that Bruno's ex-wife Regina (Debi Mazar) had already targeted the puppies and wanted to steal them and sell them for a fortune. Hearing about this, Beethoven took the lead and led his wife and children to hide in the mountains, followed by Regina.
