Billy was operating a merry-go-round at the amusement park, where he and Julie met, and they fell in love and soon hit it off. Mrs. Mullen, the playground owner, fired Billy out of jealousy. Billy and Julie got married, but Billy's work was still helpless. Long-term depression made Billy develop a bad habit, and to make matters worse, Julie also lost her job in the factory, and the couple had to live with Julie's cousin Nathan. Julie was pregnant, and Billy, who was deeply urgent, decided to find a way to make a living anyway, and his only choice was to find his old buddy Geiger to return to crime.
