The story takes place on an island in the Pacific Ocean, where a secret military technology research base is hidden, and every day, Elvis, a secret weapon that could lead to the destruction of the world, is studied in full swing. Dr. Richard (David Palmer David Paymer) is the head of the research, and he is deeply disgusted with the ongoing research project. An accident destroys the secret base, and the surviving Dr. Richard finds a chance to take his research away, followed by officer Andrew (Peter Foss Peter Firth). One day, when Dr. Richard was seriously injured, he gave Elvis to a teenager named Mason (Skeeter Ulrich Skeet Ulrich) and asked him to send this extremely unstable chemical to safety. Can Mason accomplish the difficult task?
