A mysterious virus has spread in the small town of Redwell, Colorado, USA. In order to prevent the spread of the virus, the government sent troops to prevent local residents from leaving the town, and the hospitals in the town were overcrowded. Corporal Sarah Berman (Mena Suvari) and Private Bud (Stark Sands) take her sick mother to the hospital, where patients suddenly turn into ferocious, bloodthirsty, horrible zombies. They attack everywhere as infected, and all those who have been bitten soon become the same kind of zombies. Sarah and her companions quickly jump onto Gyibug to escape, only to learn from the radio that her brother Trevor (Michael Welch) is trapped in a building. In order to save their only brother, Sarah and her companions are once again among the fleshy zombies.
