The story takes place in Frankfurt, a small city in eastern Germany. The crisis of the nuclear leak left the whole city with an air of despair and danger. Several small towns close to the nuclear power plant had to evacuate all their residents, but they still could not avoid heavy casualties. Hannah (Paula Karenberg Paula Kalenberg) is a 16-year-old naive and lovely girl. Not long after she meets the teenager Hermann (Franz Dinda Franz Dinda), they both fall in love. But before the two could taste the sweet relationship, they were shrouded in the shadow of a nuclear leak. Hannah suffered severe radiation and her life was in danger. Hermann was unwilling to give up her girlfriend, so he decided to take her to Frankfurt, where there is said to be a cure for Hannah in the nursing home.
