After a busy day, Karen (Ilona Elkin), a young nurse in the intensive care unit of the mental hospital, takes the last subway home. However, the subway suddenly stopped in the middle of the tunnel, followed by a bloody massacre. Karen and other survivors narrowly escaped from the carriage after a group of fanatical believers brutally killed the passengers in the name of saving their souls, but the bloodthirsty people still followed in a murderous manner. In the tunnel without a glimmer of light, the escape of life and death begins. The film won the Next Wave Special Jury Award at the 2007 Austin Fantasy Film Festival and the Best European and American Film Award at the 2007 Fantasy Asia Film Festival.
