Stephen King will make another novel into a movie: the famous screenwriter Akiva Goldsman will direct the new movie version of "ferocious Fire," about a couple who have acquired superpowers through experiments to give birth to a daughter who can be caught on fire. The government sends agents to kidnap the little girl in an attempt to turn her into a weapon. The relationship between father and daughter is very touching. There was a movie in 1984 in which Drew Barrymore played the little girl, which was very good. But that edition was described by Stephen King as "one of the worst adaptations of his novel, the story is loyal to the original, but too boring, like mashed potatoes in a hotel cafeteria."
