Goldfinger

Goldfinger 7.7

Countries around the world suddenly experienced a large loss of gold, but the black market trade in gold was booming. The British Intelligence Department suspects that the world's richest man, Goldfinger, is involved in black market gold trading. He owns a large bank in Geneva, where countries have large gold reserves. Bond (Sean Connery) begins an investigation into Goldfinger. Bond followed Goldfinger all the way to Geneva and discovered the secret of his transportation of gold. He remelted the gold by making car bodies out of gold. Bond was discovered by Goldfinger's men, who captured Bond. In the accident, Bond also learned of a shocking plan that Goldfinger was about to implement: he planned to use aircraft to spread poison gas to kill the bank's garrison, and then blow up the bank. He used a small nuclear bomb to cause radiation contamination of gold stored in countries around the world and could not enter circulation. In this way, gold transactions on the black market would earn more than ten times the huge profits! Although Bond learned of Goldfinger's overall plan, he was in prison and could not inform the outside world. Will Goldfinger's plot succeed in the end?
