Madeleine (Jordan Ladd) experienced two miscarriages after marriage, so when she became pregnant again, she placed high hopes on the fetus and did not hesitate to use drugs before pregnancy. In the usual depressing family atmosphere, the husband attaches equal importance to the condition of the fetus as his mother-in-law. Madeleine decided that the delivery would take place at Patty's home, M.D., and her husband was skeptical but obeyed Madeleine's idea. Madeleine was not feeling well before delivery, and the doctors suggested induced labor but was stopped by the tough Patty. Her depressed husband was involved in a car accident on his way home, resulting in the death of the fetus, but Madeleine gave birth to a healthy baby three weeks later. Madeleine took good care of baby Grace, but found that her daughter ate blood. Madeleine had to supply her daughter's blood needs silently. On the other hand, Madeleine sensed that her abnormal mother-in-law tried to deprive Madeleine of custody, which led to a bloody outcome. This film won the jury Award of the 2009 Geramei Film Festival.
