Professor Quincy came to the new president of Huxley University. His attitude towards education was gentlemanly, but not to his son Franco. Franco fell in love with Connie, a widow at school. In order to win the football match against rival Darwin University, Franco suggested that Quincy recruit two good footballers from the underground bar. Unfortunately, Quincy got the wrong guy and hired the unsuitable Balavelli and Pinky. After learning that Darwin University would beat himself with "real" footballers, Quincy let Balavelli and Pinky kidnap their opponents, resulting in an anarchist football match.
