David (Ben Tibber) is a 12-year-old boy who grew up in a concentration camp in Bulgaria. The outside world is a mystery to him. His parents were dead, and David knew nothing about his own life. The only consolation in the camp was an adult named John. But even so, David's face is written with the vicissitudes of life that are not commensurate with his age. Until one day, David was mysteriously arranged to escape from prison, and was given a task: he must send the letter to Copenhagen, Denmark, do not believe anyone's advice, be remembered by him silently. So David began his long journey. Greece, Italy, Switzerland, Denmark, he had to climb mountains and mountains to get to Copenhagen. In the outside world, he got the freedom he had never tasted before and met kind and warm people. The nervousness that David built firmly in his heart softened slowly under the warmth of human feelings. People helped him out of the disaster, through the danger, the trust in his hands and the beauty of the road to accompany David to Copenhagen.
