This film is the latest work by Mexican director Julian Hernandez, whose "A thousand Clouds" and "half Sun, half Blue Sky" won the Teddy Bear Award at the Berlin Film Festival twice. Nearly 2 hours long, "I am the Happiness of the World" takes the form of a set of stories, with a film director shooting a dancing boy as the main line, about the intertwined human life. The film captures the love chase between the director and the boy through the camera, and he portrays the love in his mind into a short film, showing the complex love walking through the city.
