This film is a sequel to the 1997 "I know what you did last summer" (I Know What You Did Last Summer), and the producers use the same team. The film continues the end of the first episode, when Julie (Jennifer Love Hewitt Jennifer Love Hewitt) and her friends hit and kill a passer-by two years ago after they were retaliated by the "hook killer". Although Julie survived in the end, the shadow hung over her all the time. Two years later, Jolie's good friend Carla won the radio guess, and Carla and her boyfriend Tirol asked Jolie to go to Tawan Island in the Bahamas with her classmate will. While enjoying the sun and beach, a series of strange events unfolded on this isolated island, and the hotel staff died one after another for unknown reasons.
