In China, Dr. Indiana Jones (Harrison Ford) made a deal with a Shanghai gang boss. After exchanging Nurhachi's ashes, the other party betrayed his trust and tried to kill Jones. At the critical moment, the clever little boy Dou Ding (Jonathan Ke Quan) saves Dr. Jones and Willy (Kate Capshaw), a singer who has been involved for no reason. Due to the plane they were in crashed, after jumping out of the plane, they drifted to a village in India in a rubber dinghy. Here, the river is dry up, the crops are destroyed, famine is rampant, and the people are in dire straits. The locals blamed it on the evil deeds of the Pangao Palace and regarded Jones and his party, who "descended from the sky", as incarnations of gods. They asked Jones to help them retrieve the stolen holy stones and all the children. The Demon Palace was indeed full of oddity. The ruler was a little kid, the nobles ate leeches, pythons, beetles, and monkey brains. The palace was full of traps.
