Tells a fairy tale in which the evil and greedy banker receives a letter from the Avenger named "Youdes". If he does not change his ways, he will be punished by death at 12:00 the next day. The prophecy came true (Judith appeared as a magician with a giant bird's head and arrived like death), and the banker died suddenly and left his helpless daughter at the ball. The daughter gave up all her family property to atone for her father's sins, but unexpectedly, she made Judith forgive her father's crimes. George Francois, as one of the founders of the French Film Archive established in 1936, devoted his life to the collection and protection of film materials. It can be said that Youdes is a tribute to Louis Fayard, the father of the film, who directed the first edition of Judith in 1916. On the basis of Fayard's version, Francois not only retains the storyline of the original adventure, but also adds the tone of freedom. The film is full of irony from beginning to end.
