In a city in the south of France, a man dodged a group of strong men in a street. The man who snatched a motorcycle minivan was in a panic and died after colliding with a car. The police officer who handled the case, Sauberstein (Jean-Hugues Anglade), finds his former comrade-in-arms Aremoro (Jean-Claude Jean-Claude Van Damme), because the latter looks exactly like the dead man, who has a Russian name, Mihaly Sulovov. Moreau learned that he had a twin brother and was given to a lawyer for adoption by his mother in poverty and illness. Moreau and his partner went to France, only to find that the lawyer himself had just been shot. Moreau decided to go to New York to investigate along the passport and plane ticket left behind by Mihaly. With the help of a taxi driver, Morrow finds the meaning of the keyword "bohemia"-a nightclub with close ties to Russian-American gangs, and "Alex" refers to a gorgeous girl (Natasha Henstridge) in the nightclub. Moreau gradually enters the world of Russian-American gangs.
