During the Northern and Southern dynasties in Japan, wars continued and people were displaced. A mother-in-law and daughter-in-law live in a grassy plain, killing soldiers and peeling off their armor in exchange for food. One night, the young soldier Hachi Sato returns from the battlefield and tells his mother-in-law (Otowa Nobuko) that her son is dead and stays to live with his mother-in-law and daughter-in-law. Eight constantly flirt with his daughter-in-law (Yoshiko Yoshimura), finally one night daughter-in-law desperate, rushed to the eight place of residence, the two twisted together …... My mother-in-law was afraid that her daughter-in-law would leave her. When there is nothing he can do, he meets a samurai wearing a ghost mask and claiming to have a delicate face (acted the role of Koji Ueno). Mother-in-law killed the samurai, wearing a mask between the grass, hoping to pretend to be a ghost to scare off his daughter-in-law, but failed in the end.
