The young and beautiful Lidai was forced to get married by his aunt and went to Hawaii alone from Japan to get together with the handsome young fianc é Matsuji in the photo. Only when he arrived, he found that Matsuji was a penniless middle-aged man who worked in the sugarcane orchard. The discouraged Lidai tried to earn travel expenses to return to Japan.
