The film is produced by Oats Studios, which is owned by Neil Bromkamp, the director of District 9. The "Volume I", composed of three short films of about 20 minutes each, fired the first shot in the experimental short film series planned by Oats. But the director said that whether there will be volumes two and three depends on the attitude of the audience. Volume one will soon be available on YouTube and Steam platforms.
