Han Xing (Jet Li) was originally a policeman in Hong Kong, but his family is in charge of a Chinese criminal syndicate in the United States. Once, in order to cover for his father, Han Xing lost his job and went to prison in Hong Kong. While serving his sentence, Han Xing suddenly learned the news of his own brother's death. Grieved, he successfully escaped from prison and went to the United States to find the truth about his brother's death. All people told Korean Star that his brother's death was caused by a black gang opposed to their family, but Korean Star vaguely felt that there was something else, so he launched an investigation.
