The film is partly based on the life of the 18th century Armenian poet Savat Nova, but more often replaces the poet's image with verses. There is almost no dialogue in the film, mainly the narrator and the people in the play talking to themselves. The content of the film cannot be summed up in words, and everyone has the right to interpret it in their own way. The film is almost a wonderful moment from beginning to end, the poetic language of the film, the bright color, the strange balance of composition, the sense of ritual in content, the sense of religion and the display of national traditional culture, all make the film have the quality of detachment and maverick. Film review: trying to summarize the content of this film in words is basically an absurd idea, and we, who don't know much about Armenian traditional culture and religion, can't even say the meaning provided by even a single detail. But for such an outstanding film with a bright and outstanding style, if some friends miss out because it cannot be described, it is an unshirkable responsibility for our daily disc review program. Therefore, although the following text only provides a visual overview and careless speculation, but also reveals the shallow ignorance of the editor, we still make one.
