Colombia drug lord Jesse Morales secretly hired a professional sniper, John Samson (Joe Lando), known as the "Devil." His job is to help his employer eliminate all threats. After all his competitors were killed one by one, Morales became very powerful, monopolizing almost the entire drug market and controlling more smuggling routes directly to the United States. As the situation becomes increasingly critical, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration sends agent Kate Estrada (Danay Garcia), who has been investigating hard and persisted for many years, to pursue Morales.
