In 2024, a virus called COVID-23 wreaked havoc around the world, and the fatality rate of the mutated virus exceeded 50%. The world entered the fourth year of the blockade. In order to control the epidemic, the US government forcibly sent all infected Americans to an isolation camp called Zone Q, which was managed by inhumane means. In this desperate world, virus-immune courier Nicole (KJ Apa) and girl Sarah (Sophia Carlson) fall in love, but the two can't see each other because of home isolation. But when Sarah accidentally contacted the confirmed patient who was about to be forcibly sent to the isolation camp, Nicole decided to travel through the uninhabited streets of Los Angeles at all costs just to find any way to save Sarah.
