High school teenager Miles (Shamekmore Shameik Moore) was accidentally bitten by a radioactive spider and his body changed strangely. By chance, he witnessed the battle between Spider-Man (voiced by Chris Pine Chris Pine) and crime leader Kim (voiced by Levi Schreiber Liev Schreiber). In order to stop Kim and use the Space-time Collider to disrupt the universe, Spider-Man finally died a heroic death. But it wasn't long before the decadent Peter Parker (Jack Johnson Jake M. Johnson) from the parallel universe appeared in front of Miles. In order to stop Jinhe's plot and help Parker return to his own universe, they broke into Jinhe's lair. In the process, the two men were sniped by Dr. Octopus and prowlers. At the same time, female Spider-Man, Shadow Spider-Man, Pig-Man and two-dimensional Spider-Girl from other universes have appeared one after another. They joined forces to fight against evil forces.
