FBI agents Hervis (Bill Pullman) and Elizabeth (Julia Ormond) arrive at a small town police station to investigate a road murder. Hervis separately questioned the three survivors: drug addict girl Bobby, police officer Jack, and girl Stephanie, and restored the story. When Jack and his partner are on duty on the highway, they often blow out the tires of passers-by and then blackmail or insult each other. The Stephanie family on vacation were stopped by Jack at the same time as Bobby and her boyfriend, who were carrying a lot of drugs. after two evil police officers humiliated the innocent passers-by, they searched for a suspicious white van according to the information provided by Stephanie. Shortly after the police left, the van collided with Bobby's car, and the masked man on board left after killing. When the case was cleared up, Stephanie accidentally found that the real killer was around her. The film won the Best Picture Award at the 2008 Catalonia Film Festival and the Best Director and Best Actress Award at the New York Horror Film Festival. Director Jennifer Lynch (Jennifer Chambers Lynch) is David Lynch's daughter.
