Sergeant Zach Carey is serving for him at his military base in Clemens, Georgia. Zack doesn't like the way the army maintains the base, and bars are not his habit. So he left the base to buy beer. When he went to the bar, a local prostitute wanted to go to Zack, but Zack turned her down. That's when the deputy sheriff who looked like her pimp beat her. That's when Zach attacked him. Later, he learned that the sheriff was corrupt and took what had happened to him as an attack on him, and tried to get Zack, but the army supported him, and Zach was not intimidated. This is when they arrested his son, and he was charged with drugs. Before Zach fixed it, his wife tried to find a lawyer for their son, but this only forced the sheriff to send their son to the prison farm. There is no other recourse for Zach to get into his own Sherman tank and his son, and they try to bring it to the state line so that they can expose the sheriff.
