About 130 AD, the powerful and prosperous Roman Empire was in the era of Hadrian's rule. Nowadays, the style of bathing among Roman people prevailed, and public baths were welcomed by the general public. With the rise of luxury, the simple and simple design style of bath designer Lucis Mudster (Kuan Abe) is gradually given the cold shoulder. One day, he unexpectedly traveled through a public bath to 21st century Japan, a group of people called "flat faces" by Lucis, whose advanced and innovative soup culture greatly shamed and admired Lucis. After that, he traveled through time and space many times and brought innovative ideas from Japanese bathrooms to ancient Rome, where he turned around, became very popular, and was even appreciated and reused by Hadrian. In this process, the Hadrian dynasty came to an end, and the seemingly gaudy Keonius (Beicun Yihui) became the new emperor. Lucius refused to design the bathroom for Keonius, and his fate came to a new crossroads. This film is based on the original work of the same name by cartoonist Mari Yamazaki.
