This is a masterpiece that reveals the inside story of the film industry, and the criticism of Hollywood is right to the point. The film consists of three stories that revolve around big producer Kirk Douglas, featuring an actress played by Lana Turner, a screenwriter played by Dick Powell and a director played by Barry Sullivan. Douglas, a big filmmaker trying to make a comeback, asked them to join them in the next blockbuster film, and they all went to the studio to wait for his call to make a decision. While waiting, the three men described the film mogul by recalling their love-and-hate relationship with the big filmmaker. The screenplay of this film is well-structured and directed by Vincent. Minneyland has excellent directing actors and handling the atmosphere, winning five Academy Awards.
