The Borrower

The Borrower 5.3

John McNorton, the director who became famous in the United States with his debut film Henry: the Portrait of a serial killer, continues to make this sci-fi horror film with a gory narrative style. although the plot is a little thin, the stunt is quite lifelike and entertaining. The story is about an alien on a planet who wants to be exiled to Earth because of a crime. after the alien has a human body, although he behaves strangely, he still becomes a serial killer in the crowd, and the US police and FBI struggle to find out the truth of the case. This film not only looks at the current social situation of the United States at that time from the perspective of aliens, but also reflects that American society at that time is full of poverty, crime, lack of youth morality and so on.
