Anna, a popular star and fashion darling, died accidentally at a party and was sent to the hospital morgue for burial. Coincidentally, Harvey and Ivan went out to work in the morgue to pick up a sister. They learned that the beautiful star, who was usually out of reach, lay naked in the morgue. After getting high, Bo and Ivan started thinking about the body, and the poisonous man and Ivan desecrated Anna's body in spite of Harvey's opposition. Who knows Anna miraculously resurrected, Ivan wanted to kill Anna to cover up the fact, a killing began.
