The three brothers have been out of touch with each other for a year since their father's funeral. The eldest Francis (Irving Wilson Owen Wilson) plans a thorough trip to India and tells his brothers that it is to find themselves and their affection. Although not keen on the trip, the second son Peter (Adrian Brody Adrien Brody) and the third Jack (Jason Schwarzman Jason Schwartzman), who are trying to get rid of their bad lives, agree to Francis' plan. The three brothers embarked on a hilarious trip across India on a luxury train and collected strange souvenirs from all over the way. Finally, after hooking up with the female conductor, releasing the cobra bought as a souvenir and fighting on the train, they were thrown off the train by the intolerable conductor along with all their luggage. Although everything was out of Francis's control, the unplanned incident brought the three brothers closer to the true purpose of the trip. This film has been shortlisted in the main competition unit of the 64th Venice Film Festival.
