Nick West (Andrew Howard) and his girlfriend Sammy (Pollyanna Rose) break into the abandoned Blackwater mental hospital in search of excitement, where they find a strangely shaped chair. Stimulated by drugs and sexual desire, the two were having fun in this horrible chair. But Sammy died suddenly, and Nick was arrested by the police as the number one suspect. He kept claiming that his girlfriend died of supernatural forces, and no one believed his explanation. Nick was sent to a mental hospital instead. Four years later, psychiatrist Willard (David Gant) is interested in Nick's case. He and several students found Nick, who was still being treated, and insisted on taking Nick to the crime scene despite the opposition of the attending doctor. His curiosity unwittingly opened the door to terror and death.
